We recommend you use our traceable glass verification rule, part number CAL-003, and follow the attached procedure.

Of course, you can use any traceable artifact to take repeatable measurements, such as a set of five gauge blocks, and follow the attached procedure again.

After the tests, if the machine no longer meets your uncertainty requirements, a Vision Engineering qualified service engineer must recalibrate it and bring it back to factory specification.
