On most of our machines, the serial number is on the back left-hand side of the measuring stage. For older units, it is located on the front of the machine.

Serial numbers are located on the front.

The serial number is on top of the camera on TVM systems without a measuring stage and on all Xpress systems.

To find your M series software serial number, launch the software and follow the standard start-up procedure for your machine. Then click on the M icon at the top left, then the settings button (the gear icon). From the main settings page, click the About button and then Hardware. Your software serial number should be on the second line.
