Sometimes, the M3 software does not display a live video image after a Windows update. In this case, the camera driver needs to be reset. This reset usually happens automatically but occasionally fails, requiring a manual reset.
To manually reset the camera driver, locate the camera USB cable to the computer. With the computer powered up but M3 not running, unplug the Camera USB Cable from the computer, wait fifteen seconds, and then plug it back in again to the same USB port.
