USB port not recognizing the thumb drive

Perform the following tests, to evaluate the issue.
- Switch the power off and unplug the camera power cable from the backside for 1 min, and then plug it back on.
- Test the USB port located in the side to see if it is now recognizing the drive. If not, then try plugging the drive on the USB port located on the backside and test.
- If still not recognizing, take a blank or any spare USB drive and reformat by selecting “FAT32” in file system and unchecking “quick format” in format options.
